شروط استخدام تطبيق ZiN Tec Syria

1. قبول الشروط

عند استخدام التطبيق أو إنشاء حساب، يقر المستخدم بأنه قرأ هذه الشروط ووافق عليها. إذا لم يوافق المستخدم، يجب عليه عدم استخدام التطبيق.

2. الحساب

• يجب إدخال معلومات صحيحة عند التسجيل أو تعديل الحساب.
• المستخدم مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات الدخول الخاصة به.
• قد يتم إيقاف الحساب مؤقتا أو نهائيا عند إساءة الاستخدام أو محاولة الاحتيال.

3. الطلبات والمنتجات

• تخضع المنتجات والأسعار والتوفر للتحديث حسب المخزون وسياسات المتجر.
• يجب على المستخدم مراجعة تفاصيل الطلب قبل التأكيد.
• قد يتم رفض أو إلغاء الطلب عند وجود خطأ في البيانات، مشكلة في الدفع، أو عدم توفر المنتج.

4. الدفع والمحفظة

• يجب اتباع تعليمات الدفع الظاهرة داخل التطبيق بدقة.
• قد تحتاج بعض عمليات الشحن أو الدفع إلى مراجعة يدوية قبل اعتماد الرصيد.
• الرصيد داخل التطبيق يستخدم للعمليات المتاحة ضمن التطبيق ولا يعتبر حسابا مصرفيا.

5. الشحن والتسليم

يجب إدخال معلومات شحن صحيحة وكاملة. قد تختلف مدة التسليم حسب المنطقة، توفر المنتج، وشركة الشحن. يتحمل المستخدم مسؤولية أي تأخير ناتج عن معلومات غير صحيحة.

6. خدمة العملاء

يمكن للمستخدم التواصل مع خدمة العملاء من داخل التطبيق. يجب أن تكون الرسائل والمرفقات مرتبطة بطلب الخدمة وألا تتضمن محتوى مخالفا أو مسيئا أو غير قانوني.

7. الاستخدام غير المسموح

• استخدام التطبيق في أنشطة احتيالية أو غير قانونية.
• محاولة اختراق التطبيق أو تعطيل الخدمة أو الوصول إلى حسابات الآخرين.
• رفع ملفات ضارة أو إرسال محتوى مسيء أو مخالف.

8. التحديثات والتوفر

قد يتم تحديث التطبيق أو تغيير بعض الميزات لتحسين الخدمة أو الالتزام بالمتطلبات التشغيلية. قد تتوقف بعض الخدمات مؤقتا لأسباب تقنية أو صيانة.

9. المسؤولية

نسعى لتقديم خدمة مستقرة وواضحة، لكن لا نضمن أن التطبيق سيكون متاحا دون انقطاع أو خاليا تماما من الأخطاء. يتحمل المستخدم مسؤولية استخدام التطبيق بشكل صحيح ومراجعة بياناته قبل تأكيد أي عملية.

• Uploading harmful files or sending abusive or unlawful content.
